Projects must be realistic, clearly defined and focused on improving the local community. Each proposal must contain a clear goal, required resources and timeframe.
Communication between users must be decent and constructive. Insults, hate speech and inappropriate content will be removed, and users sanctioned.
All collected funds must be used exclusively for the specified project. Project organizers are required to regularly report on the use of funds.
Volunteers must respect their commitments. If you have signed up for volunteering, you are expected to show up and contribute to the project as agreed.
All projects and activities must comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. Illegal activities are not allowed and will be reported to the authorities.

Yes, but new users have a limit on the value of projects they can propose. After successfully completing a smaller project and collecting positive reviews, users can propose higher value projects.
